Down at his home in exile on the planet Dagobah Yoda gathers some of the ingredients he needs for his spicy mushroom and root stew. However, being one with the Force and believes in balance in nature he spurs the growth of the younger mushrooms so they can help spread more mushrooms.

Been working on this the last couple of days in addition to some sketching for future projects. Just wanted to something fun but good practice as well. Might add to it later though.

Enjoy:)

Oh, instant favorite, this is, yesss... :yoda::clap: What a fabulous piece! I adore creative, original ideas like this: the "off camera" moments of the characters we love--and this is one of those! And it's SO Master Yoda: his concept of the Force and life were so expansive, of course he would give back, especially where he had even gingerly taken for himself. How lovely, and what beautiful light, colors and mood (his expression is wonderful!)--amazing and unique work!

Nice execution of a different take on Yoda. I like thinking about him actually doing some of the more necessary tasks of life on this world.

This would explain his goofy behavior when first meeting Luke...

Great shot, tho, I like the texturing. The glow and lighting are nicely done- it all looks very natural. I seem to remember Dagobah being gray-er in the movies, but maybe this is just a nicer day. ^^

Yoda can taste colors when he eats those 'shrooms.
